Y101 is moving to 100.9 - Y101 Insider on y101rocks.com

Richmond's New Rock Alternative Y101 announced that soon its frequency will officially change from 101.1 FM to 100.9 FM.

The dial position change will be in conjunction with the transition to a new tower. The new tower will provide a boost in the broadcast power of WDYL-FM Y101 by more than 4 times, by broadcasting at a total of 15,000 watts. The station will also transmit in full HD Radio.
